Wow, what fun that was. We have a great group of kids in our neighborhood that we go out with and our old neighbors come too.

Here the boys are with our old neighbors (and thier Mom, she's Darth)

Rocheport's 5th Annual 4th of July Parade

For all the years we lived in Rocheport, we were never in the parade. This year, however is a different story. We got the call early Wednesday morning inviting us down we made it just in time.

What I didn't capture on film was the guests at the B&B standing outside waving, while they drank their coffee and threw candy at us. So much for my photo journalim, but maybe next time I'll remember that.

Heavily Dependent on Others

We had a great weekend with some family friends who came into town. 6 Families, 3 houses and 2 1/2 days = 17 of us in all for fun filled days of food, drink, boccie ball and darts.

One good side effect about company coming to stay at your house is you get the last little projects completed. We re-decorated the guest room and near by bath as well has changed a light fixture and cleaned really good.

The title comes from the fact that the good pictures are on someone else's camera and I am at their mercy to send them to me. I'm sorry for those of you who aren't shown here, I'm waiting, here's mine...

We figured we'd do this again in 5 years. When we figured when that would be it's 2012. Can that be right? Can we be that into the new millennium? Crazy.

Happy Easter! My sister-in-law just sent me their family Easter pictures. Aren't they cute.

And here's ours. It's a great picture of Ryan, but it looks like he has a festive hat on. (Don't tell him that, it might hurt his feelings)
Here are the kids with their new Easter chairs.
And finally, my pie that had nearly $20 in berries. Once I put the topping on, it was all down hill from there.
